Group Head - Human Resource - Manufacturing Firm

Position Title : Group HR

Work Schedule : 5 Days Working

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end HR Operations across multiple sites and corporate teams

- Manage and mentor Site HR Heads and HR teams

- Drive HR policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle management

- Strengthen HRIS, workflows, and reporting systems

- Ensure statutory compliance and handle grievance management

- Partner with senior leadership and CXO/CHRO-level stakeholders

- Focus on process excellence, standardization, and employee experience
