They possess premium ultra-luxury asset classes across real estate and hospitality sectors on Pan-India level.

IDEAL Profile:

IPO exposure is a MUST.

Real Estate experience is a MUST.

CA background is a MUST.

Currently working in CFO or deputy position.

LISTED company experience is an advantage.

15-25 years of experience in Finance and Accounts management.

Proven track record to work with multiple stakeholders in a high growth environment and deliver results.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a Strategic advisor to the Management on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, financial plans, and business planning & modeling.

- Continuous evaluation of strategic financial objectives.

- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts and IPO process.

- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.

- Prepare financial statements and reports.

- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.
