Group Chief Financial Officer - CA

Position Summary :

- We are looking for a dynamic and strategically driven finance leader for the role of Group CFO who will closely partner with the Managing Director in driving financial strategy, business growth, capital management and organizational transformation.

- The role demands a strong understanding of the EPC/Infrastructure business environment with deep expertise in Project Finance, Fund Raising, Banking Relations, Working Capital Management and Strategic Financial Planning.

- This is a high-visibility leadership role with significant involvement in business decision-making, financial governance, lender relationships and long-term organizational planning.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function for the organization

- Drive strategic financial planning aligned with business growth objectives

- Manage Project Finance, Fund Raising and Banking Relationships

- Handle consortium banking, working capital optimization and treasury management

- Lead financial structuring for large infrastructure and EPC projects

- Strengthen MIS, financial controls, governance and compliance frameworks

- Partner closely with the MD and leadership team on strategic business decisions

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and financial risk management

- Drive implementation and stabilization of SAP across Finance functions

- Ensure strong internal controls, audit management and statutory compliance

- Support business expansion initiatives, bid evaluation and commercial decision-making

- Lead and mentor large Finance & Accounts teams across HO and project locations

- Build robust systems and processes to enhance operational and financial efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory

- Strong experience in EPC / Infrastructure / Construction industry is mandatory

- Proven experience in Project Finance and Fund Raising

- Strong business acumen and strategic orientation

- Experience managing relationships with banks, financial institutions and stakeholders

- Exposure to large-scale infrastructure project environments

- Strong leadership capabilities with experience handling large finance teams

- Experience in SAP implementation/transformation initiatives preferred

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-driven and promoter-led environment

- Strong communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills
