Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Revenue Leadership
- Own and drive the company's top-line growth strategy to achieve revenue targets exceeding INR 1000 Cr.
- Develop and execute scalable B2B sales and marketing strategies aligned with Greenfuel's long-term vision.
- Identify new business opportunities in CNG/LNG fuel systems with Indian and global OEMs.
OEM & Global Market Management:
- Build deep strategic partnerships with key OEM customers in India.
- Lead negotiations, account management, and commercial engagements with major automotive and energy players.
- Expand Greenfuel's global footprint through direct sales, distributor networks, and strategic alliances.
Sales Operations & Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales and marketing team across regions.
- Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and implement systems for pipeline and performance management.
- Foster a results-driven culture of accountability, ownership, and customer focus.
- Create an AOP to drive revenue and profitability for the year.
- Drive higher market share for existing products, introduce new products and ensure zero loss of business.
Marketing & Brand Strategy:
- Lead integrated marketing initiatives including product positioning, digital campaigns, events, and thought leadership.
- Strengthen Greenfuel's brand presence in OEM and sustainability markets, both domestically and globally.
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams for market-driven innovation and product strategy.
Revenue & Commercial Management:
- Drive premiumization of product pricing at OEMs.
- Optimize the commercial model, forecasting, and customer contracting to maximize value.
- Leverage data-driven insights to improve sales productivity and revenue predictability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in scaling a business to INR 1000 Cr+ in the automotive/clean energy/OEM space.
- 20+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Strong expertise in managing OEM accounts (TML (PV/CV), MSIL, Hyundai, Volvo Eicher, and Ashok Leyland) will be considered a strong advantage.
- Exposure to global markets, with experience in expanding international sales channels.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- A highly driven, aggressive, and resilient mindset -with a relentless 'never give up' attitude -is absolutely essential.
