
Experience:
- Overall 12 to 15 Years SAP experience with 5+ years focused on S/4HANA data migration.
- Object coverage spanning master and transactional data: BP/Customer/Vendor, Material, BOM/Routing, Pricing/Conditions, GL/CO/AA, cost centers, open AR/AP/GR/IR, inventory/stock, and production/supply chain objects.
- Track record leading SIT/UAT, cutover rehearsals, and hypercare; comfortable guiding multi- vendor/offshore teams.
Certifications:
- Preferred: SAP Activate; S/4HANA functional module certification (e.g., SD/MM/FI/CO) or recognized data migration certification.
- Note: MDG certification not required.
Technical Skills:
- Functional-Data Bridging: Data mapping and derivation rules aligned to process designs; familiarity with IMG/config artifacts and Fiori validation apps.
- Quality & Controls: Profiling, match/merge, de- duplication, control totals, and reconciliation design; strong documentation discipline.
- Lifecycle: SAP Activate, test strategy (Unit/SIT/UAT), cutover planning, risk/issue management, and audit- ready run books.
- Proven success leading 2-3+ full- cycle S/4HANA data migration programs, owning scope, plan, and outcomes.
- Strong functional understanding across at least three SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, QM, EWM, FI/CO, AA, PM) with ability to interpret process flows and drive data rules.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both functional and technical resources, influence stakeholders, and operate independently with minimal support.
- Experience delivering migrations in environments where MDG exists (standards/validation alignment, checkpoint coordination).
- Excellent client- facing communication, executive presence, and consultative problem solving.
