Legal Candidate Requirement-: - Independently handling the trademark related work which includes drafting and filing of various applications in trademark like new application, renewals, oppositions, objections, attending the trademark registry hearings, maintaining the records of all the trademarks and updating it on monthly basis. - Filing of copyrights, design applications, TM-C applications - Has looked into the court matters which includes but not limited to section 138 of NI Act, police complaints, Arbitration proceedings, civil and commercial suits, trademark infringement suits in high court etc. - Drafting of notices, replying to notices, drafting and filing of written statements, complaints, writs etc - Drafting of various agreements like NDA, POA, C&FA Agreement, Loan Agreement, License Agreement, Warehousing Agreement, purchase Agreement, Contract Labour Agreement etc - Factory Compliances work. - MIS and keeping all the records updated on monthly basis.
