
About the Role:
- Grazitti Interactive is seeking an accomplished Team Lead - Content to lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of our content initiatives. This leadership role is ideal for a visionary content strategist and experienced people manager who excels in creating compelling narratives that drive brand authority, customer engagement, and business growth.
- As a senior member of the marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing a multidisciplinary content team and shaping the voice of the brand across platforms. Your role will be central to aligning content strategy with cross-functional marketing and product objectives while driving measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Ownership: Define, own, and execute a scalable content strategy aligned with the company's go-to-market, brand, and growth goals.
- Leadership & Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of writers, editors, and content specialists. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, design, SEO, sales, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and customer experience.
-Editorial Oversight: Oversee editorial planning, content calendar development, and quality control across digital assets including websites, blogs, campaigns, thought leadership, and social media.
-Performance-Driven Content: Drive content optimization through SEO best practices, A/B testing, and content analytics to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand tone, style, and guidelines across all customer touchpoints to ensure a unified brand voice.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay abreast of content marketing trends, technologies, and emerging formats to ensure ongoing innovation and competitiveness.
-Reporting & Optimization: Monitor KPIs, provide executive-level reporting, and evolve content strategies based on performance insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or editorial leadership, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated success in leading content teams within B2B SaaS, IT services, or digital agency environments.
- Deep expertise in SEO, content analytics, user engagement metrics, and content funnel optimization.
- Strong command over brand storytelling, long-form editorial, and digital campaign content.
- Proficient with content and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
