About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join the SearchUnify team at Grazitti Interactive. In this pivotal role, you will lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, craft compelling product positioning, and enable our sales teams with high-impact collateral and messaging. Youll work at the intersection of product, sales, customer success, and marketingplaying a key role in driving demand, customer engagement, and market differentiation for our AI-powered cognitive search platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:

- Own and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for product launches, feature rollouts, and strategic enhancements.


- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks aligned with customer needs and competitive dynamics.


- Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to inform GTM strategy and product roadmap inputs.


Sales Enablement:

- Create high-value sales enablement assets such as battle cards, pitch decks, product one-pagers, and ROI calculators.


- Partner with sales leadership to deliver enablement sessions, drive adoption of assets, and ensure consistent messaging across customer touchpoints.


Content & Campaign Development:

- Lead content creation efforts including landing pages, explainer videos, customer case studies, and blog articles that support product narratives and funnel acceleration.


- Develop integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to support awareness, adoption, and upsell goals.


Event & Webinar Strategy:


- Define and execute virtual and in-person event strategies in line with product and brand objectives.


- Manage end-to-end event lifecyclefrom speaker coordination and content planning to promotions, logistics, and post-event lead nurturing.


- Build strategic partnerships with analysts, influencers, and industry leaders to elevate brand visibility.


Customer Engagement & Advocacy:

- Drive customer marketing programs focused on loyalty, retention, and expansion.


- Launch initiatives to source customer testimonials, reviews, and co-marketing opportunities.


- Collaborate with Customer Success to amplify customer stories through webinars and community engagement.


Performance Analytics & Optimization:

- Establish KPIs to track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.


- Use data-driven insights to refine messaging, channel strategies, and content formats for continuous improvement.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 58 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology domains.


- Demonstrated success in executing GTM strategies and enabling sales teams in a high-growth environment.


- Strong background in content development, event marketing, and digital campaign execution.


- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.


- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and webinar platforms.


- Strategic mindset with strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.


- Familiarity with marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign performance tracking.
