
About the Role
We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and content marketing initiatives for our Salesforce Services portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep B2B marketing expertise, proven experience in marketing Salesforce solutions, and the ability to execute data-driven campaigns that directly impact pipeline and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of Salesforce Clouds with a hands-on approach to campaign execution, marketing automation, content strategy, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads for Salesforce consulting and implementation services.
- Content Development: Create and manage high-impact marketing content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, etc.) aligned with the B2B buyer journey and industry trends.
- Marketing Automation: Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows using platforms like Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot to increase engagement and drive conversions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, sales enablement efforts, and go-to-market strategies.
- Salesforce Ecosystem Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.) to craft targeted messaging and solutions-based campaigns.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Utilize Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud tools for audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, and personalized outreach.
- Campaign Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics platforms. Provide actionable insights to optimize ROI and conversion rates.
- Compliance & Data Hygiene: Ensure campaigns comply with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and maintain CRM and lead data integrity.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior marketers and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools, and best practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 610 years of B2B marketing experience in the IT services or SaaS domain, with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce-related services.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and use cases across different clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience).
- Hands-on expertise in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot).
- Proficient in crafting B2B content across channels with an understanding of persona-driven messaging.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign measurement, attribution modeling, and lead funnel optimization.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, webinars) and evolving Martech tools.
- Experience managing marketing operations, lead scoring models, and MQL/SQL alignment with Sales.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and best practices in marketing data governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator) are a plus.
- Experience working in a Salesforce partner or services environment.
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools (Demandbase, 6sense, etc.) is a bonus.
