
About the Role:
- We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Manager to lead the growth marketing and content initiatives for our Marketing Automation Services portfolio. This leadership role is ideal for a high-performing B2B marketer with deep expertise in campaign design, marketing automation, and lead generation across global markets.
-As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for building scalable demand generation programs, aligning content to the buyer journey, and leveraging automation tools like Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or Eloqua to optimize pipeline efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns focused on pipeline acceleration and MQL growth.
- Design and optimize automated workflows, lead nurturing streams, and segmentation strategies using enterprise marketing automation platforms.
- Build a content engine that supports the buyer journey-conceptualizing and delivering high-performing assets like blogs, whitepapers, landing pages, and email sequences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to ensure message alignment and campaign consistency across touchpoints.
- Implement lead scoring models and improve lead qualification workflows to enhance marketing-to-sales handoffs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and refine strategy based on KPIs including CTR, CPL, MQL, SQL, and ROI.
- Own A/B testing strategy across email, landing pages, and ad creatives to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of marketing automation trends, emerging technologies, and platform capabilities to ensure best-in-class execution.
- Mentor and manage a team of junior marketers, providing guidance on strategy, execution, and career development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or marketing technology domains.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end demand generation and marketing automation initiatives.
- Expertise in tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or Eloqua is a must.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, sales funnel metrics, and content-led marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to write, edit, and oversee the creation of various content formats.
