About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead and scale our demand generation and content marketing initiatives for our Salesforce Services portfolio. This role is ideal for a B2B marketing leader who brings deep expertise in campaign strategy, Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, and a data-driven approach to pipeline generation.

You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating end-to-end marketing efforts that directly contribute to business growth, collaborating closely with product, sales, and delivery teams to craft compelling narratives and execute multi-channel campaigns that resonate with enterprise buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Campaign Ownership:

- Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to promote Salesforce consulting, implementation, and support services.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration:

- Build and manage full-funnel marketing programs focused on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion using marketing automation platforms like Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Content Strategy & Development:

- Develop high-quality, persona-driven content (eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, email nurtures, etc.) aligned with each stage of the B2B buyer journey.

Salesforce Ecosystem Marketing:

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce offerings (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud, etc.) to create relevant messaging and ensure competitive differentiation.

Cross-functional Alignment:

- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to align messaging, target segments, and go-to-market priorities.

Analytics & Optimization:

- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, continuously optimizing tactics based on data insights and ROI.

Customer Journey Mapping:

- Leverage segmentation, intent data, and behavioral insights to deliver personalized experiences and improve lead quality.

Compliance & Data Governance:

- Ensure marketing practices comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other global data privacy regulations. Maintain data hygiene and campaign integrity across platforms.

Team Enablement & Leadership:

- Mentor junior marketers, share best practices, and help build a high-performance, results-oriented marketing function.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience in the IT services or SaaS sector, preferably with exposure to Salesforce technologies.

- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through integrated demand generation strategies.

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.) and the partner ecosystem.
