We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead online demand generation and digital visibility for SearchUnify. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketing professional with experience in B2B SaaS, digital campaign execution, and marketing analytics. You will lead the planning and execution of digital strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive qualified leads, and accelerate pipeline growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution:

-Develop and own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with sales and product objectives.

- Design scalable, full-funnel campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead conversion.

SEO/SEM Management:

- Drive organic traffic growth through advanced SEO techniques including on-page optimization, technical audits, and backlink strategies.

- Manage paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) to optimize ROI across geographies and personas.

Content Marketing & Campaigns:

- Collaborate with content and design teams to execute integrated campaigns leveraging blogs, ebooks, case studies, and videos.

- Map content strategy to buyer journey stages and target audience personas.

Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing:

- Build and optimize workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.

- Design and run personalized nurture campaigns to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Monitor and report key performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates.

- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and BI dashboards to inform strategy.

Cross-functional Leadership:

- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align digital campaigns with customer pain points and product messaging.

- Manage agency relationships, freelancers, and junior marketing staff where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.

- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing.

- Strong command of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads, and retargeting tools.

- Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM integration, and funnel optimization.

- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and data visualization platforms.

- Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple campaigns - simultaneously.
