- We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Demand Generation Head to lead and scale our full-funnel marketing programs. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for designing and executing multi-channel, data-driven demand generation strategies that drive measurable pipeline growth and customer acquisition. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Content, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure alignment of efforts from lead generation to revenue realization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and own the global demand generation strategy aligned with revenue goals.

- Drive full-funnel programs-from awareness to acquisition to pipeline acceleration.

- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to define MQL, SQL, and pipeline KPIs.

- Lead and mentor a growing demand generation team, ensuring a culture of agility and accountability.

Campaign Management:

- Launch integrated marketing campaigns using SEO, SEM, paid media, content syndication, webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM).

- Oversee campaign calendars, budgets, and performance metrics to optimize ROI.

- Lead the implementation of lead scoring models and nurturing workflows.

MarTech & Automation:

- Own marketing automation processes and tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.

- Demand generation efforts with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for seamless lead tracking and reporting.

- Evaluate new MarTech tools and data providers to scale campaign efforts efficiently.

Analytics & Optimization:

- Define campaign KPIs including CPL, CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution.

- Build performance dashboards and deliver insights to executive stakeholders.

- Apply A/B testing, attribution modeling, and conversion optimization techniques across all programs.

Content Collaboration:

- Work closely with the content marketing team to create relevant assets-whitepapers, blogs, case studies, landing pages-that fuel inbound and outbound campaigns.

- Ensure messaging alignment across all stages of the customer journey.

Required Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on demand generation.

- Proven success in running large-scale, ROI-positive marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

- Strong expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and SEO/SEM.

- Deep understanding of the buyer's journey, sales funnel dynamics, and lead lifecycle management.

- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing KPIs.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative and execution-focused mindset.
