About the Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented Associate Manager - Services Marketing to lead and execute demand generation, brand positioning, and content-led campaigns for our IT services portfolio. This role is ideal for a B2B marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, with a passion for creating high-impact marketing programs that drive business growth.

As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Design teams to craft messaging, create campaign assets, and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints. Your efforts will directly influence pipeline development and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Management: Design and manage integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business objectives across key service lines.

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement GTM strategies for new service offerings, enhancements, and market segments.

- Content Development: Lead the creation of high-quality marketing content-blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages-aligned to different stages of the buyer journey.

- Demand Generation: Drive lead generation through email, paid media, social, and SEO campaigns. Track, analyze, and optimize for performance.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery to define ICPs, messaging frameworks, and campaign priorities.

- Marketing Automation: Use platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce to manage and nurture marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).

- Performance Analytics: Monitor KPIs across campaigns and channels. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketers, guide campaign execution, and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes.

- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct regular research on competitors, industry trends, and market shifts to inform strategic planning.

- Event & Webinar Support: Coordinate digital events, webinars, and industry engagements as part of the broader awareness and lead gen strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5-7 years of experience in B2B services marketing, preferably within IT, SaaS, or consulting environments.

- Demonstrated expertise in demand generation, campaign execution, and content marketing.

- Proficiency in marketing platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads.

- Strong understanding of lead funnels, buyer journeys, and conversion optimization.
