About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Media Account Manager with a strong background in managing app install and performance marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, coupled with expertise in mobile measurement and tracking tools such as Appsflyer.

This role requires a performance-driven professional who can independently manage client accounts, optimize media spends, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize app install campaigns across Google UAC and Meta Ads Manager.

- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery from setup, monitoring, and optimization to performance analysis and reporting.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution.

- Work closely with tech and analytics teams to integrate and validate MMP (Mobile Measurement Partner) tools such as Appsflyer for proper event tracking and data accuracy.

- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and retention to ensure campaigns meet objectives.

- Conduct post-campaign analysis to derive insights and actionable learnings for future planning.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and performance reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, with a focus on app install campaigns.

- Proficiency in Google Ads (UAC) and Meta Ads Manager; experience with Snapchat, or other platforms is an added advantage.

- Strong working knowledge of MMP tools (preferably Appsflyer, Branch, or Adjust).

- Excellent understanding of tracking methodologies, attribution models, and event-based optimization.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.

- Strong communication, client servicing, and project management skills.
