
- To provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects.
- S/he should be able to implement creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the client.
- The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.
- Responsible to conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion.
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
- Understand design and smart copy, and recognize fresh approaches to advertising.
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team.
- Supervise Operations of Multiple Projects.
-Accountable to collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients' requirements.
- Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc to help them use their talents effectively.
- Possess strong knowledge of each step of an ad campaign's process to give creative direction and work on schedule.
- Accountable to meet client's advertising expectations.
- Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals.
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.
Technical Expertise:
- Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development.
- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
- Social media experience, Digital Films, Print and Outdoor, TVC's and Web/ Mobile App Design experience.
Team Management - Should have the ability to effectively and efficiently manage a team.
- Ensure minimal attrition.
- Conduct regular meetings and ensure seamless execution.
- Provide thorough training to the team members; mentor and guide them on regular basis.
- Create strong back-ups within the department.
