Experience: 3-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their needs are met.

- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients.

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.

- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and campaigns.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client industries, identify trends, and provide insights to clients.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.

- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.

- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience: Proven experience in account management, or a related role.

- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

- Proactivity: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
