The company is launching a direct to home ecommerce based consumer & distribution platform to supply milk, dairy products & related F&B products directly to consumer homes. This service will be offered by the company initially in Indore & Bhopal city market before expanding it to other cities Work Profile : 1. Responsible for acquiring residential customer base via door to door team, community local events & campaigns 2. Responsible for mapping market, consumer demand, current home delivery volume & potential demand 3. Developing sales targets & plan based on market assessment, generating customer acquisition as per targeted plan 4. Responsible for onboarding & managing delivery agents to handle consumer delivery & collection 5. Responsible for hiring & training promoter team, conducting events & BTL campaigns to acquire & onboard consumers 6. Will be measured on trials generated, conversion rate, no of customers onboarded, drop rate and customer acquisition cost Experience : 1. Should have worked in similar role in directly selling to consumers in ecommerce, retail, B2C consumer products or services for min 5-8 years 2. Should have experience in handling team of sales promoters & field executives working in a direct consumer sales function 3. Should have experience in building sales & delivery operations from scratch for a B2C consumer company 4. Expertise in executing BTL activities, getting permissions & conducting promotion events in residential societies, education institutes is required
