Job Title : Manager - Client Servicing (Digital).
Location: Mumbai.
Experience Required: 3-4 years in Client Servicing
Working Day: Alternate Saturday working.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and ensuring all deliverables align with their expectations.
Account Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operational activities for assigned accounts, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Communication:
Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas, updates, and reports to clients and internal teams.
Project Coordination:
Work closely with cross-functional teams-creative, strategy, content, and media-to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaign assets.
Content & Campaign Ideation:
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to research, conceptualize, and develop engaging content ideas that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve client concerns efficiently, providing timely solutions and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Detail Orientation:
Maintain high standards of accuracy, ensuring all communications and deliverables are grammatically correct, visually consistent, and strategically aligned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Client Servicing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage both client and internal team relationships effectively.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate and present innovative campaign ideas.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital client servicing, preferably in advertising, media, or creative services industries.
- Hands-on experience working on integrated campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of industries such as BFSI, Energy, and Retail will be an added advantage.
