Gokul Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across the North & West Region. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Distribution Channel Sales and Retail Store Management in the Organic Food and Edible Oil segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive primary and secondary sales through a robust distribution network.

- Develop and manage channel partners and retail outlets for both organic food and edible oil categories.

- Formulate and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

- Lead a team of area sales executives and distributors across the assigned territory.

- Ensure high-level customer engagement and brand visibility in the region.

Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 10 - 15 years in FMCG Sales with a proven track record in both General Trade and Modern Trade.

- Industry Preference: Edible Oils, Organic Food, FMCG (must have handled both Retail & Distribution).
