
Manager/Senior Manager - Learning (XLRI, SIBM, SCMHRD, TISS, MDI) (2-8 yrs)
Role Summary:
This individual will work on learning for the organization. They will also work from time-to-time on key projects/processes at the organization level.
Qualification: Master's Degree in HR, from top colleges (XLRI, SIBM, SCMHRD, TISS, MDI)
Experience: 2 - 4 years of HR experience
Key responsibility:
The details of the main areas of focus are as follows:
- Build the GPL Learning Academy
- End-to-end diagnostics, design, program management behavioural/managerial/leadership capability tracks
- Program management with external learning partners, vendors
Skills Required:
Functional capabilities
- Strong fundamental understanding of L&D frameworks, principles
- End-to-end diagnostics of business-needs linked capability building interventions
- Program Management of learning journeys
Leadership Capabilities
- Ability to solve problems through understanding of business priorities being able to link them to the design of the initiative
- Influencing - Ability to work with a diverse team across zones and drive change through processes, capability building and communication
- Able to work with multiple data inputs collectively and create point of view supported by facts in order to influence stakeholders.
- Communication and facilitation - Ability to effectively leverage all channels of communication to engage and educate stakeholders
