About the role

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on HR leader to drive Talent Development, Learning and Capability Building and Campus Programs. This role will shape our early talent strategy, deliver impactful learning experiences, and foster a strong culture of continuous growth and internal mobility. You will work closely with business and HR leadership across functions to build a future-ready, capable and engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

1. Talent Development and Capability Building

- Design and execute the organisation's talent development roadmap aligned with strategic business goals

- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify critical capabilities and future-readiness priorities

- Lead programs on leadership development, succession planning, HiPo identification and career paths

- Build frameworks for functional and behavioural competency development across all levels

2. Learning & Development (L&D)

- Own end-to-end learning strategy - from needs identification to delivery and impact measurement

- Curate blended learning journeys (classroom, digital, on-the-job) across technical and soft skills

- Collaborate with internal facilitators and external content providers/platforms

- Promote self-directed learning and build a learning-in-the-flow-of-work culture

3. Campus & Early Careers Program

- Lead strategy, branding, and execution for campus hiring (business, engineering, and niche talent)

- Design and run structured campus programs (pre-boarding, induction, learning journeys, mentorship, rotations)

- Build strong university partnerships and enhance the employer brand on campuses

- Track cohort performance and ROI, refine programs based on metrics and feedback

Who are we looking for?

Education:

- MBA in HR from top-tier B-schools (XLRI, TISS, SIBM Pune, SCMHRD, MDI) - Batch of 2017/2018 preferred

Experience:

- Minimum 4 years in Centre of Excellence (CoE) roles such as Learning, Organisation Development, or Talent Management

- Strong exposure to talent development, leadership interventions, and high-potential employee programs

Skills:

- Deep understanding of leadership development frameworks, talent assessment methodologies, and coaching practices

- Strong analytical mindset; ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and measure effectiveness

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in designing and executing impactful talent programs across functions and levels

- Passion for innovation, culture-building, and future of work
