Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager for COE & HR Analytics will serve as a key bridge between data-driven insights and strategic human capital decision-making. Working closely with the HR leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders, this role involves translating complex datasets into actionable narratives that influence organizational performance. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of HR analytics projects, ensuring that performance management frameworks are robust, data-backed, and aligned with the company's broader business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to shape HR strategy through rigorous analysis and process optimization in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards to provide leadership with real-time visibility into workforce metrics and talent trends.

- Lead the implementation and refinement of performance management systems to ensure objective evaluation and alignment with organizational goals.

- Analyze large-scale HR data to identify patterns in attrition, engagement, and productivity, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and improve retention.

- Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence team to standardize HR processes and policies, ensuring consistency and efficiency across business units.

- Develop predictive models to forecast talent requirements and support strategic workforce planning initiatives.

- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise presentations for senior management to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in advanced data analytics tools and visualization platforms to transform raw data into strategic insights.

- Strong functional knowledge of performance management frameworks and their application in large, matrixed organizations.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

- Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

- A post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related analytical field from a premier institute is preferred.

- 2 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in HR analytics or a Centre of Excellence function.

- Adaptability to a professional, on-site work environment in Mumbai, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
