Description:
- As a Key Account Manager, you'll take charge of strategic enterprise accounts in the U.S. market, ensuring high-value client relationships, revenue growth, and exceptional service delivery.

Your Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise clients. Serve as the main point of contact for all client-related issues and needs.
Strategic Planning & Account Growth:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Customer Success Focus:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, timely resolution of issues, and consistent delivery of excellent service.
Revenue Ownership:
Achieve revenue targets and drive growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to account management and service delivery.
Reporting & Analytics:
Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Use data-driven insights to inform account strategies and improve client outcomes.
Contract Management:
Lead contract negotiations and renewals with enterprise clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Market Insight:
Insight: Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant and timely insights.
Who You Are:
- 3 - 6 years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or sales roles (preferably in SaaS or supply chain/logistics tech).
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote-first team.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
