- As a Key Account Manager, you'll take charge of strategic enterprise accounts in the U.S. market, ensuring high-value client relationships, revenue growth, and exceptional service delivery.

Your Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:


- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic U.S. enterprise clients.


- Build long-term, trust-based relationships by understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction.


Strategic Planning & Account Growth:


- Develop and execute tailored account strategies to achieve revenue goals.


- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value.


Customer Success Focus:


- Drive client retention and satisfaction by ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and delivering consistent service excellence.


Revenue Ownership:


- Meet or exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets through proactive account management and opportunity identification.


Internal Collaboration:


- Partner with sales, product, engineering, marketing, and support teams to create a unified approach to customer success and business outcomes.


Reporting & Analytics:


- Track account health, generate actionable insights, and report key metrics to stakeholders.


- Use data to drive strategic account decisions.


Contract Management:


- Lead contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes for clients and GoComet.


Market & Competitive Insight:


- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and logistics innovations to offer valuable insights to clients.


Who You Are:


- 5 - 8 years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or sales roles (preferably in SaaS or supply chain/logistics tech).


- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote-first team.


- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.


- U.S. work authorization required.
