Role Overview:

As the Director of IT, you will spearhead the strategic oversight and operational execution of our internal technology landscape. Based in Pune, you will lead the IT function to ensure that our global infrastructure is robust, secure, and aligned with the company's growth objectives. You will act as a key advisor to the leadership team, bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and business outcomes. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing high-stakes security initiatives, and ensuring that our enterprise systems provide a seamless experience for our global workforce and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end IT operations, ensuring high availability and performance of enterprise systems to support business continuity.

- Architect and implement comprehensive Cyber Security and Network Security frameworks to protect intellectual property and sensitive client data from evolving threats.

- Oversee the migration, management, and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments to enhance collaboration and productivity across global offices.

- Establish and enforce Enterprise Risk management protocols to identify, assess, and mitigate technical vulnerabilities and compliance risks.

- Lead and mentor high-performing IT teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Manage vendor relationships and IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement and alignment with long-term infrastructure goals.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale IT operations within a global enterprise environment, ensuring 24/7 system reliability.

- Proven ability to design and execute security strategies, including deep knowledge of network architecture and threat mitigation frameworks.

- Strong proficiency in managing complex Microsoft 365 ecosystems, including governance, security configurations, and user lifecycle management.

- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with the ability to communicate complex technical risks and strategic initiatives to executive stakeholders.

- A proactive approach to Enterprise Risk management, with a track record of implementing policies that ensure regulatory compliance and operational resilience.

- A minimum of 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed distributed teams in a hybrid work environment.

- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by industry-recognized certifications in security or IT management.
