- Capability Building: Drive global learning and development initiatives, leadership programs, and talent succession plans.

- Employee Experience: Champion employee engagement, well-being, and DEI initiatives to build a strong and inclusive organizational culture.

- Change Management: Lead organizational design and change initiatives that support global expansion and adoption of modern people systems.

- Global Operations: Standardize HR processes, systems, and compliance frameworks across multiple countries and legal jurisdictions.

- Travel & Collaboration: Regularly travel to regional offices to engage with teams, build leadership capability, and ensure cultural alignment.

- Data & Insights: Leverage people analytics to measure impact, drive continuous improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.

- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior global or regional role.

- Proven success in building and scaling HR frameworks across diverse geographies.

- Deep expertise in performance management, OKRs, culture-building, and organizational transformation.

- Strong understanding of international labor laws, compliance, and multicultural team dynamics.

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Experience working in both corporate and fast-paced startup environments preferred.

- Willingness to travel globally as required.

Why Join:

This is a rare opportunity to lead People & Culture on a global scale shaping systems, culture, and impact for an organization tackling some of the worlds most complex challenges.
