
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for the US and UK consulting markets.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve and exceed hiring goals. Provide guidance on best practices, performance metrics, and professional development.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders and project managers to forecast talent needs and build robust talent pipelines.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external clients to understand their needs and provide strategic staffing solutions.
- Recruitment Analytics: Utilize data and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Improvement: Implement and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and technologies (ATS, sourcing platforms) to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on US and UK staffing.
- Leadership: Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT consulting/Professional Services hiring landscape.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, etc.), and recruitment analytics.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex hiring challenges and adapt to a fast-paced environment
