The Position: Global PayEx is seeking experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team of Business Analyst at multiple levels. Each Business Analyst actively contributes to the success of all client engagements through problem domain knowledge, GlobalPayEx product knowledge, leadership, project execution, and solution design skills. The key responsibilities of business analyst include requirements and process documentation, project planning and management, solution design as well as client engagement. Your Role: - Assess client's current business process and create target business processes, define, design and deliver solutions using GlobalPayEx's industry leading technology. - Partner with both the client and the technical team to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project, from identifying and defining process flows and documenting requirements, through to user acceptance testing. - Leverage your domain expertise to consult and influence the client's direction to ensure adherence to best practices. - Demonstrate your commitment to and enthusiasm for customer success by ensuring that the delivered solution is fully-functioning, performs to business requirements defined and approved by the client, and meets expectations. - Teach and drive the use of GlobalPayEx's Customer Success Framework among clients, partners, and teammates; demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum approaches to solution delivery. - Support Customer Relationship Managers and Sales Executives through solution conceptualization and prototyping to close new deals. - Bring intelligent and relevant product feedback and recommendations from customers and sales team back to the Product Management team - Provide text and context for product and solution User Interface messaging - Work with the technology and marketing teams to develop white papers, marketing documents, and slide decks. - Write and edit technical documents for our products and solutions drawing information from business and technical requirements, designs and discussions with sales, marketing, and technical teams. About you: - A highly motivated team player with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong track record of teamwork, customer engagement and delivery success. - You have experience with configuration, customization, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications in a fast-paced organization. - Able to simplify complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable. - Proven experience in creating documentation in an Agile work environment. - Experience working with industry leading technologies to deliver your solution designs and vision in a fast-paced environment. - Background as a Business Analyst/Technical Consultant/ Project Delivery Manager. - Knowledge of the various processes and activities involved in the Order to Cash process within an organization. - BA/BS Technical Degree (MBA preferred) - 3+ years of progressive relevant experience in business process analysis, requirements/technical documentation, solution conceptualization, project management and delivery of enterprise grade software applications.
