PFA the JDs for IT Project/Program Mgr - Monitor the progress of projects against pre-agreed timelines - Handle a portfolio of projects and clients in parallel from Fortune 1000 companies and across geographies - Plan for a quarter ahead and develop an execution plan for projects and people in the team. - Need to be ahead of both client and internal resources in planning and execution - Establish and maintain strong relationships with product delivery, the sales team, client and account managers - Make sure that the projects are achieving promised business value/RoI and figure out ways to achieve it if there is a gap - Build Rapport with clients and manage those effectively, high end consulting touch would be required - Manage escalations, variations, complexities in projects effectively - Able to effectively use the established frameworks in project execution, client handling, resource utilization, resource mentoring etc. - Escalate to relevant stakeholders proactively to avoid grievances later track the project running costs against signed-off budgets be responsible for the successful delivery of products and projects - Run risk assessments and present them to the leadership team - Present all of the above in templated reports and dashboards You should ideally: - Be a BS preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical fields - Have excellent written and verbal communication skills - Know how to navigate across teams with different priorities and personalities - Understand risks and escalate them - Be stubborn with timelines but grounded in the realities of a startup - Learn how to decipher ambiguous status provided by colleagues and clients - Be a whiz in Excel, Powerpoint, or similar tools - Have a keen sense of budgets vs. costs - Learn how to present the root causes of possible future failures in a lucid manner - Experience in leading and mentoring people as part of the project life cycle - Strong organizational skills and detail oriented - Strong communication and presentation skills

PFA the JDs for IT Business Analyst - Assess client's current business process and create target business processes, define, design and deliver solutions using GlobalPayEx's industry leading technology. - Partner with both the client and the technical team to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project, from identifying and defining process flows and documenting requirements, through to user acceptance testing. - Leverage your domain expertise to consult and influence the client's direction to ensure adherence to best practices. - Demonstrate your commitment to and enthusiasm for customer success by ensuring that the delivered solution is fully-functioning, performs to business requirements defined and approved by the client, and meets expectations. - Teach and drive the use of GlobalPayEx's Customer Success Framework among clients, partners, and teammates; demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum approaches to solution delivery. - Support Customer Relationship Managers and Sales Executives through solution conceptualization and prototyping to close new deals. - Bring intelligent and relevant product feedback and recommendations from customers and sales team back to the Product Management team - Provide text and context for product and solution User Interface messaging Work with the technology and marketing teams to develop white papers, marketing documents, and slide decks. - Write and edit technical documents for our products and solutions drawing information from business and technical requirements, designs and discussions with sales, marketing, and technical teams. About you: - A highly motivated team player with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong track record of teamwork, customer engagement and delivery success. - You have experience with configuration, customization, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications in a fast-paced organization. - Able to simplify complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable. - Proven experience in creating documentation in an Agile work environment. - Experience working with industry leading technologies to deliver your solution designs and vision in a fast-paced environment. - Background as a Business Analyst/Technical Consultant/Project Delivery Manager. - Knowledge of the various processes and activities involved in the Order to Cash process within an organization.
