
Position Title: Global HR Business Partner International Stakeholder Management.
Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai.

Reports To: Head Global HR / Regional HR Director.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives across multiple international markets. This role requires strong expertise in managing global stakeholders, leading HR teams, and driving HR transformation aligned with business growth in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with senior leadership across geographies to align HR strategies with global business objectives.
- Provide strategic HR guidance on organization design, talent management, and workforce planning.
International Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
- Act as the central HR liaison for international leadership, ensuring cultural alignment and consistent HR practices.
- Manage HR initiatives and policies tailored to country-specific needs while maintaining global consistency.
Team Leadership & People Development:
- Lead, coach, and manage a geographically dispersed HR team.
- Ensure effective delivery of HR services, compliance, and employee support across regions.
- Build internal HR capabilities and promote a performance-driven culture.
Talent & Organizational Development:
- Drive global talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and high-potential development programs.
- Collaborate with L&D teams to implement leadership development initiatives and employee engagement plans.
Compensation, Compliance & Governance:
- Work closely with Total Rewards and regional HR to ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.
- Oversee HR risk management, audit readiness, and governance standards.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.
- Present insights and dashboards to global leadership teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a global HRBP role.
- Strong background in team management, cross-cultural collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working in a matrixed and multinational environment, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
- Proficient in handling complex HR projects and international HR operations.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
- Global HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPD (preferred).
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
