- Provide optimal Infrastructure design & architecture for world class gaming business (workplace design, ITSM tools and cloud enablement) - Provide secure framework for Remote Infrastructure management - RIM capability - Tech Support (24X7) from Pune Location to all locations including support functions - Device Inventory management across all entities - Game Build & Traffic Management framework to enable single builds across locations and enabling remote testing across locations - Global Defect repository framework & Infrastructure to support - IT Compliance, remediation, and governance framework - Evaluate and respond to security threats and/or events by continually assessing real-time logs and performing packet analysis for the enterprise network, while measuring and documenting performance and threat/risk metrics - Develop & implement security policies, standards and procedures for all endpoint, network, server, and application systems as well as maintain and update Information Services (IS) Standard Procedures for data Security & confidentiality, asset tracking and usage framework and systems across WFO & WFH (all facets of security, productivity, device monitoring and Management - Function as the Data Privacy Officer reporting to the management. Stay current on GDPR and other laws relating to data privacy compliance. Drive the program and be the point of contact as needed. - Lead security initiatives around secure software development, including but not limited to OWASP, security audits, and static and dynamic device/ code scanning - Implement necessary operating system and network controls to meet Corporate and Federal regulations (GDPR, NIST, SOX, HIPAA, FIPS, PCI) regarding appropriate separation of company systems - Security representative on corporate projects (applications, systems, and network) providing security support requiring knowledge across multiple platforms and databases. Proactively review corporate servers and the network for current and potential vulnerabilities, attempted intrusions, and takes corrective action including hardware and software upgrades for security platforms.
