Role Summary
- As the Global CMO, you will lead all strategic marketing efforts to position the org as a global leader in Predictive AI and Deep Tech.
- Based in Pune, you will oversee branding, product marketing, thought leadership, PR, and demand generation, ensuring a consistent global narrative and measurable impact across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Leadership: Define and execute a global brand positioning strategy to establish the company as a pioneer in Predictive AI and Deep Tech.
- Global Marketing Strategy: Own the end-to-end marketing roadmap across North America, India, the Middle East, and emerging marketsensuring regional resonance with unified brand identity.
- Thought Leadership & PR: Amplify voice through whitepapers, keynotes, analyst engagement, and media partnerships.
- Product Marketing: Translate complex AI technologies into compelling product narratives that resonate with technical and business audiences.
- Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Lead full-funnel demand generation strategiesdigital, content, performance, and ABMwith strong Sales alignment and measurable ROI.
- Data-Driven Execution: Leverage analytics, attribution models, and campaign insights to drive continuous marketing optimization.
- GTM Partnership: Align closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive feedback loops and go-to-market strategy.
- Leadership & Team Building: Build and mentor a high-performance global marketing team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Advise the CEO/founders on brand, perception, positioning, and marketing-led growth levers.
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in a global leadership role.
- Proven track record in branding and scaling Deep Tech, AI/ML, or SaaS companies.
- Experience launching products into international markets with localized strategies.
- Strong expertise in product marketing and complex B2B solution positioning.
- Fluency in data-led marketing and demand generation.
- Ability to manage cross-regional teams and execute integrated campaigns.
- Excellent storytelling, simplification of complex tech, and founder alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Strategy/Communications from a top-tier institution.
- Experience in mobility, industrial AI, or automotive technology.
- Background in scaling brands from Series A/B to global recognition.
