Role Overview:
The Global Alliance Manager - Strategic Accounts will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling global strategic partnerships with Tier-1 Global System Integrators (GSIs), consulting firms, and enterprise ecosystem partners. This role will focus on driving partner-led pipeline, enterprise revenue growth, and global GTM execution for LockThreats GRC platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alliance Development
- Build and manage strategic alliances with global consulting firms, GSIs, VARs, and ecosystem partners
- Develop and execute global partner GTM strategies aligned with revenue targets
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners to expand LockThreats global footprint
Partner-Led Pipeline & Revenue Growth
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced enterprise pipeline and revenue
- Collaborate with sales teams on co-sell execution and enterprise deal strategy
- Enable partners with training, positioning, and sales support
Strategic Account Management
- Establish executive-level relationships with alliance partners and enterprise stakeholders
- Conduct joint business planning, partner reviews, and executive briefings
- Support enterprise customer acquisition through partner ecosystem
Partner Enablement & GTM Execution
- Develop joint solution positioning and integration strategies
- Support global expansion through partner ecosystem engagement
- Align partner services with LockThreats GRC platform offerings
Required Qualifications:
- 8-15 years of experience in alliances, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships
- Minimum 5+ years managing global strategic alliances with GSIs or consulting firms
- Strong experience in GRC, cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or risk platforms
- Proven track record of driving partner-led enterprise revenue
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex sales cycles
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
