Manager - HRMS/HR Technology - Darwinbox

Role Brief :

This role manages the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and optimization of Darwinbox for Glenmark.

1) System Ownership : Configure and manage modules across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, attendance, leaves, letters)

2) Integrations : Oversee connections with payroll, ERP/Finance, and biometric attendance systems.

3) Vendor Management : Act as the primary point of contact with Darwinbox for bug fixes, upgrades, and support escalations.

4) Program Management : Drive user adoption, lead data migrations, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Experience :

1) Typically 4 to 10+ years of experience in HCM implementations, HR transformation, or HR consulting.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of technology systems,Darwinbox, advanced MS Excel, data security compliance, and project management.

Education : Engineer + MBA/PGDM (preferably in HR)
