Role Overview : Glenmark is in the process of transformation of delivery of HR services through setting a complete suite of HR Technology. HR Technology implementation includes Darwin Box, SF LMS and other bespoke HR solutions. This is across 15,000 employees+ and 30+ countries across all modules - Core Data, Time and Attendance, Compensation, Performance, Talent Management, Rewards and Recognition, Social Platform, Helpdesk, Talent Acquisition and Payroll. The position will lead the HR Technology COE and working in partnership with other HR COE's, global HR partners, partners in implementing best in class solutions and processes, thereby enhancing process, data and employee experience. Job Responsibilities : HR Technology - Deploy the HR Technology roadmap across Organization - Partner with stakeholders within HR and IT to define project scope; create project plan outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, responsibilities, resource requirements, and timelines - Use technology and processes improvements to enhance experience and productivity for both HR stakeholders and employees - Communication and training to users for effective change management HR Analytics and Reporting - Use tools and technology to automate HR reporting and analytics - Analytics across all functional areas - Talent Acquisition, C&B, Learning, Business Partner HR, Manpower Panning and Wage costs Process Design and Improvement - Identify process improvement areas to reduce effort and enhance process throughput by enhancing technology supporting the process
