The Talent Acquisition function at the corporate is focused on creating and managing a strategic approach to identifying, attracting and onboarding top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. Following are the sub functional focus areas for this role:  1. Talent Acquisition Research:  - Develop sector specific knowledge and expertise;  - Manage Hiring Manager briefings/meetings where appropriate;  - Help on appropriate search strategies (i.e. international reach, multi - disciplinary focus);  - Deliver research on senior appointments to the highest standard; Carry out comprehensive and creative desk-based research for all assignments;  - Identify and communicate with a high calibre international candidate field, and advocate on behalf of Glenmark.  2. Talent Acquisition Project Management:   - Conduct multiple, high volume research projects;  - Develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates;  - Prepare and proof TA documentation as required, such as research update and shortlist documents;  3. Metrics & Analytics - continuous tracking and use of key metrics to drive continuous improvement and to make better recruitment decisions, to ultimately improve the quality of hire.  Responsibility : Results Expected/ Target  - Search long list identification:: Search universe mapped, and quality of candidate identification   - Candidate process coordination with precision:: Process coordination with 100 % efficiency  - Post offer engagement activities with candidates who have accepted out offer:: Execution of the engagement activities  - TA process guidelines and ensuring effective yet uniform TA process across the globe including use of scientific tools like psychometrics in TA :: Candidate experience Index & quality of hires index  - Campus relationship management :: Hiring of numbers from campus and day 0 positioning  External Interfaces : Executive search vendors, Candidates for positions, Universities   Internal Interfaces ( Other than Direct Reports) :: Hiring Managers, HRBP Leaders & TA teams under them  IDEAL CANDIDATE  Education (degree / diploma) : Master's degree in Human Resources  Experience : 2- 5 years relevant HR experience.   Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)  - Knowledge of full-scale recruitment cycles, especially talent pipeline generation, sourcing,.  - Successful track record of achievement in a fast-paced, learn-on-the-job business environment.  - Outstanding listening, written and oral communication skills.   - Independent and confident personal style with a high degree of integrity  - Ability to sift large amounts of information, quickly identify the salient points and provide relevant insights.  - Capacity to pick up new information about industries, people and be able to apply critical and independent thinking  - Knowledge of full-scale recruitment cycles, especially talent pipeline generation, sourcing,.  - Successful track record of achievement in a fast-paced, learn-on-the-job business environment.  - Outstanding listening, written and oral communication skills.   - Independent and confident personal style with a high degree of integrity  - Ability to sift large amounts of information, quickly identify the salient points and provide relevant insights.  - Capacity to pick up new information about industries, people and be able to apply critical and independent thinking  Leadership / Managerial Attributes  -Strong communication, sales and interpersonal skills; confident interacting with all stakeholder levels, including senior firm and university leadership  - Highly organized and disciplined self-starter who is able to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines.  - Ability to work with multiple audiences, while building strong personal networks across a complex, consensus-driven organization  - Exceptional attention to detail - highly organized with excellent follow-through and delivery
