Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Mumbai & Pune- 2 Nos
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across Pan-India, ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring.
- Should be well-versed in using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and market mapping to source top talent.
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates across diverse functions in construction sectors such as Residential, High-rise, Commercial, Industrial, Data Centres, etc.
- Conduct CV screening and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability based on skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define selection criteria, and coordinate interview processes.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and support.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing accurate job briefs and company information.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for current, critical, and future hiring needs.
- Promote employer branding initiatives and proactively engage with target talent.
- Track and achieve key recruitment metrics - such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, time-to-offer, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, and quality of hire, while driving continuous improvement in hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies, Equal Opportunities, and recruitment best practices.
- Collaboration with HR Operations team and business unit heads to enable smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Support enhancement of recruitment processes, tools, and ATS performance to increase hiring efficiency.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle recruitment assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in human resources.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably Construction or Real Estate industry.
- Hands-on experience with diverse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices for both high-volume and quality-focused hiring
