- We are seeking a Sales Manager with experience in IT sales (both services and products) to join our West Delhi office.
- The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in #B2B and C2C, with a solid understanding of IT solutions and services.
- A technical/IT background is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales for IT services and software products.
- Identify and engage new prospects through cold calls, networking, and digital outreach.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Track sales pipeline, targets, and provide regular reports to management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in IT services, software products, or related solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales or C2C.
- Strong understanding of IT/software solutions; IT background preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
