
- The Cluster Manager - Retail is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and profitability of multiple retail stores within a designated geographical cluster.
- The role's primary objectives are to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence across all stores.
- The Cluster Manager will lead store teams, manage budgets, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Performance Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets across the cluster.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and take corrective action to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to company standards.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and their teams within the cluster.
- Define performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct appraisals.
- Build a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, motivation, and a customer-first mindset.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards across all stores.
- Oversee inventory management, minimize discrepancies, and control shrinkage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( logistics, marketing) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Customer Experience Management:
- Drive high service quality and resolve escalated customer concerns effectively.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to improve the shopping experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Financial & Resource Management:
- Manage cluster budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure profitability.
- Analyze financial reports to identify cost optimization opportunities and implement expense-control measures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Cluster Manager in the retail sector.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service.
