We are currently hiring for the position of Project Manager/Management Trainee, a high-impact role offering direct exposure to business strategy, operations, workforce planning, client management, data analytics, and cross-functional project management.

Education: MBA from a premier institute


About the Role:


This is not a conventional rotational Management Trainee programme. The role is designed for an ambitious professional who can move between strategy and execution, take ownership of critical business workstreams, and work closely with senior leadership.


The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work towards taking ownership of a function, account, or P&L within 2-3 years.


Key Responsibilities:


- Drive workforce planning and capacity management across accounts, skills, languages, and time zones.


- Analyse demand, hiring requirements, utilisation, attrition, ramp-up time, and workforce costs.


- Support client and account management, including MBRs, QBRs, SLA tracking, audits, RFPs, and client presentations.


- Own operational performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, resolution rate, utilisation, quality, backlog, and cost per contact.


- Conduct data-driven root cause analysis and drive process improvements.


- Build dashboards, capacity models, business analysis, and unit economics to support leadership decisions.


- Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives from planning through execution and closure.


- Support new client/service launches and ensure operational readiness.


- Standardise SOPs, processes, reporting, and operating rhythms across teams.


- Identify business improvement and account expansion opportunities.


What Were Looking For:


Mandatory:


- MBA from a premier institute such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, or equivalent.


- Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience before MBA.


- Prior experience in an operations environment such as BPO/ITES, technical support, supply chain,

manufacturing, logistics, banking operations, healthcare, e-commerce, or field operations.


- Strong Advanced Excel skills with working knowledge of SQL or equivalent analytics tools.


- Proven experience handling projects, stakeholders, deadlines, and measurable business outcomes.


- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.


Preferred:


- Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, Dataverse, or similar tools.


- Experience working in a client-facing services environment with SLAs.


- Exposure to distributed, remote, or gig workforce models.


- Knowledge of Python/R for analytics.


- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Prince2 certification.
