Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Experience: 7-12 yrs

Designation - HR Manager

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Hardware Requirement: Laptop (16GB RAM), Windows 10/11, Minimum 50 Mbps Internet

Key Focus Areas:

- End-to-end Payroll Management with 100% accuracy

- Statutory Compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment

- Handling statutory filings, audits, and documentation

- Attendance & leave management impacting payroll

- HR policy implementation and governance

- Compensation and benefits administration

- HRMS management (GreytHR preferred)

- Onboarding, exit, and F&F settlements

- Employee payroll/attendance-related grievance handling

- Team coordination and process optimization

Requirements:

- 6+ years in HR Operations with strong Payroll & Compliance experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR

- Hands-on knowledge of PF/ESIC portals, HRMS tools & Excel

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
