Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law or Commerce with a Company Secretary (CS) qualification. - Sound understanding of corporate laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to fintech and NBFC sectors. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
