Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly motivated People Manager (ASM/ABM/RSM) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Lucknow, India.

As a People Manager, you will have the following -

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Leadership:

- Lead, Mentor & Manage the Performance of the first-tier sales team.

- Drive sales and market penetration across the region/allocated territory.

- Ensure alignment with National Sales Strategy & Compliance Standards.

- Foster a culture of Accountability, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement.

- Developing and Executing Sales Strategies.

- Accountable for the actions & outcomes of the Team.

- Driving the Sales Team's Performance & Monthly Revenue Growth.

- Driving Sales Team in line & ahead of Sales Expectations & Business Targets.

- Responsible for Monthly forecasting and Quarterly Business Reviews.

- Representing GESCO Healthcare at Regional Industry Events and Meetings.

- Complying with Regulatory Standards and Company Policies.

Sales & Business Development:

- Achieve Regional Revenue Targets through Strategic Planning & Execution.

- Identify New Business Opportunities, Key Accounts & Channel Partners.

- Closely Monitor Competitor Activity & Market Trends to inform tactical decisions.

- Oversee Sales Operations within the Designated Region/Territory.

- Implementing Sales Strategies to Drive Business & Managing Key Accounts.

- Delivering presentations & proposals to Potential & Prospective Customers.

- Responsible for knowledge of all Local Contracts & Tenders.

- Identifying New Business Opportunities and Driving Growth.

- Collaborating with different in-house teams to ensure Customer Satisfaction.

- Monitoring Market Trends within the Spine Implant Industry.

- Contributing to the Continuous improvement of the Department.

Team Management & Development:

- Develop, Coach & Manage the Sales Team.

- Conduct Regular Performance Reviews & Support during Field Visits.

- Monitoring the overall Performance Metrics Sales Team & Accounts.

- Support Recruitment, On-boarding & training of Regional Sales Team.

Customer Engagement & Support:

- Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinicians & healthcare professionals.

- Ensure High Levels of Customer Satisfaction and Post-Sales Support.

- Building Trust-Worthy Relations with Key Stakeholders/KOLs & ensuring Customer Delight.

- Develop & maintain Expert understanding of the product range and competitors to Support the team, Ongoing Sales Opportunity & be a key resource for Customers.

- Address Escalations & Ensure timely Resolution of Service Issues.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee Inventory, Logistics & Distributor coordination within the Region/allocated Territory.

- Ensure timely reporting of Sales Data, Forecasts & Market Intelligence.

- Collaborating with Internal Teams to Streamline Processes.

- Maintain Compliance with Regulatory & Ethical Standards.

Other Skills and Excellence Required:

- Strong understanding of Medical Consumables & the Healthcare Industry.

- Proven track record of Achieving Sales Budgets & Driving Business Growth.

- Excellent Leadership, Team Management with Interpersonal & Training Skills.

- Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills.

- Strong Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving Approach & Strategic Planning Skills.

- Proficiency in Building Relationships with Key Clients & Stakeholders.

- Ability to work effectively & efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience working in the Operating Theatre environment.

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.

- Proven track in Sales, Business Development & Account Management.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2-3 years of team handling.

- Knowledge of Healthcare, Medical Devices or Spine Products is a strong advantage.

- Experience in Managing Key Accounts & Building Customer Relationships.

- Willingness to travel extensively (60-75%) across the Region/allocated Territory.

- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, India.

Compensation & Benefits : Negotiable based on your current CTC & skills.
