Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior - level candidate responsible for leading the company's sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales initiatives. This role plays a key role in setting sales goals, managing client relationships, and ensuring the company meets its financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
Bangalore presence:
- Setup our Bangalore branch office and get some marquee brands as customers.
Revenue Accountability:
- Bring in revenues from customers whom GenY would like to work with and help us push the envelope in digital advertising & performance marketing.
Growth Strategy:
- Chart out & execute a growth strategy which leads to the goal: 10x growth in 5 yrs.
- Implement robust sales processes, including pipeline management and account planning.
- Build close relationships with key customers.
- Expand sales channels and partner networks.
- Develop and monitor revenue forecasts in collaboration with finance.
Governance:
- Establish metrics & governance to achieve growth for the company.
