Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic TA Management:
- Partner with BHs & FHs to understand manpower requirement and create annual/quarterly manpower plans.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with SBU goals and future capability needs
- Govern the position tracker for all open positions, ensuring real-time visibility
- Build robust succession pipelines for critical roles across functions and projects
- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen companys visibility.
Talent Sourcing & Hiring Excellence:
- Lead and manage end-to-end hiring for all positions
- Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies including referrals, job portal, social media, consultants, institutes and talent communities
- Ensure achievement of monthly hiring targets with high-quality talent and within approved budgets.
- Govern the complete recruitment lifecycle including screening, assessment, interviews, salary benchmarking and offer finalization
Pre-joining Engagement:
- Drive end-to-end offer management including compensation discussions and negotiations
Induction and Onboarding:
- Oversee the complete Induction process for new joiners in collaboration with HRBP and FHs
Project and Initiative Management:
- Lead and manage recruitment transformation initiatives, automation & digitization projects
Operations support:
- Ensure documentation accuracy across the hiring and onboarding lifecycle.
