General Manager - Supply Chain & Procurement Finance - CA

Role Overview:

- A qualified CA with 10+ years of strong business finance experience across functions like sales, commercials, and manufacturing finance. Recent experience preferably in supply chain or procurement finance, especially within Pharma, MNCs, or FMCG companies with complex supply chains and large distribution networks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in managing end to end discussions.

KRA's:

1. Strategic Business Partnering:

Collaborate closely with the Procurement and Supply Chain Head to provide structured financial leadership across APIs, formulations, indirect procurement, and ongoing projects.

2. Cost Synergy and Efficiency:

Drive year on year cost synergies through rigorous channel analysis, warehousing optimization, and logistics efficiency improvements.

3. Stakeholder Engagement and Value Addition:

Partner with senior leadership, including CMD, to deliver commercial insights, ensure governance, and drive tangible value creation in complex India operations.

4. Financial Reporting and Digitisation:

Lead financial reporting processes and spearhead digitisation initiatives to strengthen transparency, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

5. Team Leadership and Global Alignment:

Manage and mentor the operations finance team, ensuring alignment with the Global Head of Operations Finance and building a strong leadership pipeline.
