General Manager - Supply Chain & Procurement Finance - CA

Job Description:

Qualified CA with 15+ years of diverse business finance experience across sales, commercials, manufacturing, and supply chain - procurement finance. Ideally suited with MNC exposure, particularly managing large distribution networks and leading high-performing finance teams.

Role:

- Partner closely with Procurement & Supply Chain Head to drive structured finance support across APIs, formulations, indirect procurement, and ongoing projects.

- Deliver YoY cost synergies through channel analysis, warehousing optimization, and logistics efficiency improvements.

- Strengthen stakeholder engagement with senior leadership (including CMD) to ensure commercial value addition and strategic decision support.

- Lead financial reporting, digitisation initiatives, and governance for complex supply chain and procurement operations while aligning with global standards.

- Manage and mentor the operations finance team, ensuring alignment with the Global Head of Operations Finance.
