About the Role:

Lead our Performance & Rewards function to design and deliver compensation, benefits, and performance strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring compliance with global best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive performance & rewards strategy aligned with business goals.

- Oversee transparent performance systems and a culture of continuous feedback.

- Design competitive pay structures and lead salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits.

- Launch innovative recognition programs for a diverse workforce.

- Use HR analytics to measure effectiveness and report key metrics.

- Ensure all practices meet legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

- Full-time MBA with 15+ years' experience in Performance & Rewards, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

- Proven expertise in compensation and performance systems; experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or technology sectors preferred.

Key Competencies:

- Strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, cross-functional leadership, compensation frameworks & compliance knowledge, excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving.
