Head SAP S/4HANA, Digital Transformation & IT Infrastructure

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced technology leader to lead the enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA ERP platform, drive digital transformation initiatives, and oversee critical IT infrastructure including Data Centre, Disaster Recovery, and virtualized environments.

The role will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's technology roadmap while ensuring business continuity, system reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA ERP platform.

- Define and execute the SAP ERP strategy in alignment with business objectives.

- Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.

- Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization, system integration, and operational improvement.

- Oversee Data Centre (DC), Disaster Recovery (DR), and virtualized infrastructure.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, resilience, and business continuity across critical IT systems.

- Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, policies, governance frameworks, and technology standards.

- Lead ERP implementation, enhancement, integration, migration, and optimization initiatives.

- Ensure effective integration of SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise applications and technology platforms.

- Manage IT infrastructure operations, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery preparedness.

- Lead technology teams across ERP, infrastructure, applications, and digital transformation.

- Manage external technology partners, vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.

- Drive cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, data protection, and IT governance initiatives.

- Establish appropriate SLAs, KPIs, service governance, and performance management mechanisms.

- Manage technology budgets, resources, project timelines, and strategic priorities.

- Provide technology leadership and advisory support to senior management and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, enterprise technology, ERP, or digital transformation.

- Strong hands-on and leadership experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP.

- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide SAP transformation or implementation programs.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Data Centre, Disaster Recovery, virtualization, and business continuity.

- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, system integration, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and IT operations.

- Experience managing large technology teams and multiple cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong vendor, partner, contract, and commercial management experience.

- Good understanding of cybersecurity, IT governance, risk management, and compliance.

- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in a large enterprise or complex business environment.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation, digitalization, and enterprise application modernization.

- Experience managing large-scale Data Centre and Disaster Recovery environments.

- Exposure to cloud technologies and hybrid IT infrastructure will be an added advantage.

- Experience managing large technology budgets and strategic transformation programs.
